Nowadays, taking into account the importance given to all the processes related to the correct use, exploitation and improvement of resources, the work carried out by our company is of a special relevance.
The quality guarantee of our work and products starts in the selection of our suppliers. We collaborate with them on an exhaustive control of the raw materials and on the improvement of the production process, so that the final product is satisfactory.
In order to carry out efficiently all these tasks, our company has been applying since 1999 the guidelines and norms of the International Standard ISO 9001.
In 2004, we have adapted to ISO 9001:2000, a new revision of this International Standard, in our aim to constantly update our company.
As another step of the quality control, we have introduced in our work the Managing System A.P.P.C.C. (Analysis of dangers and critical points of control). Its aim is to have a production process controlled in all its phases.
According to the quality demanded by our clients, and to certain parameters, Industrias Afines S. L. tries to find and extract the oil that, once processed (or raw) best suits those requirements.
Within a more and more demanding and competitive market, our firm is committed with two essential issues:- The agreed deadline and price, keeping the same quality. We always offer an excellent quality and price.
- The legal and standard demands related to our activities, in particular the raw material processing. The company keeps up to date in terms of its obligations as a producer of those by-products.
In order to guarantee quality oil, our company subjects all its products to a continuous and periodic control process, by means of chemical and bacteriological analysis of all its products. We have a laboratory in our facilities for basic information as well as an external one used for quality control. |
